BYD’s premium sub-brand Denza is about to launch its first SUV called the N7, after facing some delays. Denza initially planned to release the vehicle by the end of May, but it has now set up a new and hopefully final date – July 3.

The company announced the date on Weibo and although it didn’t share any details, the Denza N7 has been featured in several teasers and leaks so far, so we know what to expect. In fact, two weeks ago, the Denza N7 appeared in some dealerships across China and of course, live photos instantly emerged, showing the interior and exterior.

And thanks to some regulatory filings that popped up back in March, we know that the Denza N7 will come in four variants – two single and two dual-motor iterations. The configurations with one motor can go up to 230 kW while the beefed-up dual motor versions will offer 390 kW.
