Energy utility group Enel Colombia stated on Thursday it had launched building of a 29.87-MW photo voltaic farm in Panama, one among its three markets in Central America.
The venture is dealt with by the corporate’s renewables enterprise Enel Inexperienced Energy, which manages its clear power belongings in Colombia, Guatemala, Panama and Costa Rica.
The brand new photo voltaic farm, named Baco, can be positioned in Chiriqui province on the west coast of Panama. Baco’s annual output is estimated at some 48 GWh. Enel Inexperienced Energy expects to have the plant in operation on the finish of 2023.
