Enfinity International Inc has wrapped up the acquisition of a 400-MW portfolio of PPA-backed photo voltaic parks within the US from Swiss asset supervisor Capital Dynamics, the renewable power and sustainability companies firm stated on Tuesday.

The deal has made Enfinity the proprietor of 28 utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) crops situated throughout the states of California, North Carolina and Idaho.
