A person has been dedicated to face trial charged over the homicide of his New South Wales journey companion whose physique was present in a vacation house on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula.

Police allege the 44-year-old murdered 64-year-old Peter Hillier after which referred to as an ambulance for him a day later whereas the pair had been holidaying in Venus Bay in Might final 12 months.

Police stated on the time that Mr Bennett had informed officers Mr Hillier was injured on Might 28, after falling whereas drunk from their shared motorhome between Streaky Bay and Venus Bay, the place that they had been fishing.
