Dublin-based infrastructure investor and asset supervisor NTR stated on Thursday that it has wrapped up the ultimate acquisition for its second renewable power fund, taking up a 46-MW wind energy portfolio in France.
The NTR Renewable Power Earnings Fund II is now richer by 11.5 MW from the operational wind farm Momerstroff I in France’s Grand Est area. The five-turbine wind farm has been in operation since 2006.
The portfolio additionally contains the Momerstroff II venture, at present in late improvement. This wind farm can have a capability of 34.5 MW throughout ten generators. NTR expects its business operation to start out within the first quarter of 2026.
