Spanish photo voltaic developer Valfortec on Thursday introduced it plan for a undertaking on the island of Mallorca that may mix 39.9 MW of solar energy era, an eco park and agricultural actions.
The Es Rafalot undertaking will take over a number of plots of land within the Spanish island’s municipality of Bunyola. Of the whole of 100 hectares (247.1 acres) that Valfortec plans to make use of, 32 hectares will probably be devoted to the photo voltaic farm.
The corporate stated that it needs to combine panorama and agriculture on the remaining 68 hectares. These plots will probably be used for sheep grazing, a meals forest plantation, beekeeping and the preservation of the native animal and flowers.
Es Rafalot is Valfortec’s second photo voltaic undertaking in Mallorca, coming after the connection of a 3.7-MW photo voltaic farm on the island.
