Indian wind turbine producer Suzlon Ltd (BOM:532667) stated on Friday that it has obtained shareholders’ approval to nominate new management of the corporate following a voting course of.
The shareholders greenlit the appointment of Vinod R. Tanti, because the managing director of the corporate, his brother Girish R. Tanti as the manager director with out remuneration, and relative Pranav T. Tanti because the director.
The proposals to nominate had been authorised by requisite majority, Suzlon stated in a bourse submitting.
Vinod and Girish Tanti are the brothers of late Tulsi Tanti, the founder, chairman and managing director of the Suzlon group who unexpectedly handed away on October 1, 2022. Pranav Tanti is the late founder’s son.
