Tata Motors collaborates with Amity College for technical upskilling – EV Tech Information

Tata Motors has introduced a partnership with Amity College, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow campus to supply M.Tech diploma in EV know-how to its workers working on the Lucknow Plant. Aligned with the corporate’s strategic goal, this firm sponsored program goals at enhancing workers’ technical abilities, thereby bridging talent gaps that prevail within the automotive trade and making a future-ready group.

This M-Tech diploma programme will impart information & talent requisite for the automotive manufacturing trade. Workers enrolled for the M-Tech program will endure complete coaching that’s designed in two components – technical orientation delivered by means of theoretical and sensible periods to be performed at Tata Motors Campus and Amity College, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow Campus respectively. The course contains of 4 semesters, unfold over 2 years, which is able to culminate in a 6 month complete industrial undertaking. These workers shall be mentored and guided by trade leaders and can interact in follow periods that entail important enterprise tasks. Additional to periodic evaluation and on profitable completion of this system, a certificates shall be awarded by Amity College, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow Campus.

This mutually beneficial initiative will lead to a rich exchange of knowledge and will allow students to align with the latest industry practices. This program will help us develop a talent pool that would have an edge, equipped with advanced knowledge, and a narrowing skills gap.”
